What is involved with becoming a Neighborhood Sponsor?
You sign up with us as a Sponsor for the neighborhood of your choice. As a Sponsor, you get an ad on all pages of the site, as well as a Featured Listing on the Businesses page and the Homes for Sale Information. All your information is editable by you 24/7 by logging into our system.

What will my ad look like?
You have one main ad that will run on the right side of every page. This ad displays your phone number, photo and links to your website & email. On top of this, the ad has options to display an online printable coupon and the location of your business shown on a map. Your information also will be shown in other spaces on the website, Businesses page and Homes for Sale detailed information. How much traffic does each site get?
Each site varies in traffic and visitors. For a better understanding of what each site is generating, you can go to our Select a Neighborhood page. By clicking on a community you are interested in, you will be able to see the general stats for that site.

Who decides what my ad says?
You get access to login to your account 24/7. In your account you will be able to edit all pieces of your Ad, including your Title and Body text. Your login also allows you to activate your map link and printable coupon.

Can I edit my info?
Yes, you can edit your information 24/7 by loggin into our system. If you have any questions about how to do this, email us at support@arizonaneighborhoods.com or you can call us directly at 480-491-8121.

Can I link my Ad to my website?
Yes your photo and text will all link directly to whatever website you enter into your system. You can opt to use a Full Info Page within our system if you do not have a website.

If I do not have a website is that ok?
Yes. We can set up a Full Info page for you. This is like having a mini web page within our pages for the neighborhood site you sponsor. If you have any questions on setting this feature up, email us at support@arizonaneighborhoods.com.

How long do I sign up for?
All sponsorships are signed up on a monthly billing cycle, with a Cancel Anytime Guarantee. We believe in what we have to offer. If it does not work for you, we will cancel your billing immediately and remove you from the site.

Is there a fee for canceling?
No. And we're serious about this. We make it easy for you to sign up and use our sponsorship Ads, because we know they work. If for any reason you wish to discontinue our services, we will never bill you again.

Another business like mine already on the site as a sponsor. Can I still sponsor?
Only Real Estate and Mortgage Agents are exclusive and reserved for just one sponsor. All other business ads can have multiples of the same type.

How long will my Ad run for?
Your Ad keeps running until you cancel. As long as you don't cancel we will keep billing you automatically and keep you on the site.

What if I want to dominate one area or zip code?
Yes, with our Total Area Coverage plan you can sponsor all surrounding smaller neighborhoods in the same zip code for a low monthly rate.

How do I edit my online coupon?
You can login to your account and click on the Edit Coupon option. This will allow you to activate or de-activate your coupon. All offers on the coupon are editable by you 24/7.

Can I map my own business location?
Yes, login into our system and select Map Edit. This will allow you to easily with a cursor select the exact location you want plotted on the map. For home businesses or any other business that does not want its location show, we have a way in the system for you to de-activate the map link.
